• Focusing on the preliminary stages of the community and phasing turnover

• Providing each owner with a thorough move in package with all pertinent documents relating to their Homeowner’ Association.
• Timely and current assessment billing of the Developer and owners
• Regular community inspections to ensure timely bond release and formal turnover
• Reviewing the CC&R’s , Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation
• Organizing and preparing the Rules and Regulations
• Organizing and preparing the Architectural Guidelines
• Organizing and preparing community Policies as necessary
• Obtaining quotes and contract negotiations
• Obtaining of proper insurance coverage
• Organizing of the initial Board of Directors
• Assisting the Developer Board Members in preparing the community for Owner Board Members
